Warm condolences and high respect

On September 18, 2019, at the time of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, Comrade Wu Qiuju, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Measurement, specially came to Xinhua Hospital and Yangpu District Central Hospital to visit two of our retired cadres, Wang Shumei and Zhang Huiqing, who are both in their nineties. She presented them with flowers and distributed the Medals of the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council, and the Central Military Commission. She expressed gratitude for their outstanding contributions to the founding of New China and the socialist modernization construction, and paid the highest respect to their remarkable achievements and hard work. The two elderly people were filled with tears and expressed their gratitude repeatedly.
