On the morning of November 15, 2019, the comprehensive assessment and evaluation meeting for the leadership team and leaders of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter during their term of office in 2018 was held at the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter. The members of the assessment group, which was composed of the Vice President of the Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology and relevant functional departments of the Institute, attended the meeting. The director of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter, Teng Huaqiang, the Party Secretary, Wu Qiujie, and 20 middle-level cadres and staff representatives attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Han Hua delivered a mobilization speech on this assessment, pointing out that leading cadres should improve their political position, fully understand the assessment requirements, conscientiously promote the goals and tasks, the core of which is the development and strengthening of the main business, strengthen the Party's construction in enterprises, and do a good job in both hands. Strengthen the application of the results of the assessment, and benchmark the relevant systems of the Academy of Sciences on further encouraging leading cadres to take on their responsibilities. Subsequently, Director Teng Huaqiang of the Instrument Institute and Secretary Wu Qiujie, Party Secretary, delivered administrative and party work summary reports. After the report of duty, the democratic evaluation and other matters were conducted.
